A beautiful natural stone from Argentina - blue calcite.
A long trapezoid shaped stone in semi translucent swirls of blue and tan - natural blue Lemurian Aquatine calcite from Argentina. Topped with bronze toned metal beads and a 10mm hickoryite round, followed by cream magnesite, picture jasper rondelles & tiger eye tubes. White bone hairpipe beads draw the eye upwards flanked by soft blue and tortoiseshell Czech glass disk beads and bronze toned lotus tubes. Around the neck are 4mm Czech firepolish glass beads.
The pendant stone measures 2 3/8" long x 3/4" at widest part.
The necklace measures approx 29" long excluding the pendant. The pendant drop measures 3 5/8". There is no clasp so it is not adjustable and fits easily over the head.
Calcite is one of the softer and more fragile stones so care must be taken when wearing and storing to avoid scratches. It can not be dropped on a tile countertop !
