Your order will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise noted (I may be at a show for several days or you are purchasing a custom piece).
Shipments within Canada: All orders are shipped via Canada Post. I offer free shipping on Canadian orders over$200.00Cdn before taxes. (Excludes custom/special orders) I subsidize the published Canada Post parcel rates. The rate you see at checkout is the subsidized rate. Orders valued up to $75.00 before tax will ship via regular parcel with tracking but no liability. Orders valued at $76.00 and over before tax will ship via XpressPost and include tracking & liability.
Shipments to U.S.A: All orders ship from Canada via Canada Post. All orders are shipped 'Tracked Packet' at a flat rate of $20.00 and include liability.
International shipments: Please email for quotation prior to placing your order @ email@example.com so that we can determine the best method of shipment.
Order pick up: Orders may be picked up at my home or at one of my shows. Please select ‘Order pick up’ at check out and the shipping charge will show as $0.00. I will contact you within 3 business days to schedule the pick up. Arrangements for all pick ups must be made prior to arriving whether at my home or at a show ! Effective 01Jan22 - orders may be picked up at my home in Kars or will be shipped via Canada Post. Orders may also be picked up at Lansdowne weekends only at the Ottawa Farmers' Market (inside the Aberdeen) from Nov26th-Dec18th 2022. Please see below chart for charges and estimated** delivery times. If you would like to upgrade your shipping method please contact me prior to placing the order. Additional charges will apply and will be invoiced separately prior to shipment – the order will ship once full payment has been received. We are not responsible for any time delays through Customs or additional charges incurred for duties or taxes.

All orders shipping outside of Canada require a phone number when placing the order.
RETURN POLICY: – On line purchases.
I love when my customers are happy and I will go out of my way to make sure you are ! If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receipt, with proof of purchase and I will gladly authorize an exchange or a credit note. All items being returned must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging. Returned items must be received back within 30days to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Refunds will only be issued for defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months** from date of purchase and do not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, accidental damage, or abuse. ** (Note: Leather wrap bracelets are excluded from the 12 month warranty. Constant daily wear causing friction against other clothing garments such as jacket or coat cuffs or worn when using computer mouse pads may cause the fibres in the thread to break down. Any repairs will be at my discretion.) Please refer to the section on how to care for your jewellery in the FAQ section. Upon receipt of the returned goods Joshua Tree Jewellery has the right to refuse any items that do not meet the exchange/return policy standards. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost on the returned item. For returns originating outside of Canada please contact me for proper shipping instructions. For hygienic reasons there is no return on pierced earrings. All custom orders and sale items are final sale.
