If for some reason I am unable to ship within the 3 days I will contact you with the reason for the delay and expected time frame for shipping (I may be at a show for several days or there are unforseen circumstances). GIFT CARDS: e-Gift cards are now available for purchase on the website. You may purchase one for yourself or as a gift. There is no expiry date. They are sent electronically via email. The recipient will receive an email showing a 16 digit redemption code. When redeeming - This code is to be entered on the 'Payment' section at checkout. (Do not try to enter it on the shopping cart page in the 'Add a coupon code' box !!) Click through to Secure Checkout - Payment information and enter the code in the 'Add a gift card' box. e-Gift cards may only be redeemed on line, not in person at events or markets etc. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY ? Tarnish is a chemical reaction to moisture and sulfur in the air. Metals tarnish faster in areas with high humidity and air pollution. Chemicals such as hairspray, perfume, body lotion, sunscreen and bleach to name a few can speed up the process. Chemicals can also damage the surface of pearls and porous gems such as turquoise. Prolonged exposure to heat and light can discolour or fade certain gemstones. The best way to prevent tarnishing and scratches is to store clean, dry jewellery in ziploc type bags. This is how I store all my personal jewellery. Do not toss your jewellery unprotected in a drawer and never leave your jewellery in the bathroom or wear in the shower !
'Last on, first off'......your jewellery should be the last thing you put on when getting ready and the first thing you take off.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY METAL CLAY PIECES ? All metal clay jewellery orders are shipped with care instructions. Please wipe only with a soft cloth and store in a ziploc type bag to prevent scratches. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners. Do not allow to come into contact with cosmetics, perfume or sunscreen which may contain solvents. All Joshua Tree Jewellery metal clay pieces have been sealed with a protective coating to prevent tarnish but chemicals, especially sunscreen may damage the coating. If at any time your jewellery requires a new coat of sealant please contact me to arrange a return & I will re-apply the sealant at no charge.
