Fossilized palmroot teardrop pendant necklace gold filled "SOLD"
I am blown away by this stone ! Fossilized Indonesian palm root **
Swirls of beige, tan and gold reaching into an inky black sky....
This is a particularly beautiful teardrop shaped palmroot pendant with a shiny marking just above center on the right that looks like it could have been dabbed with gold (it has not). I hope you can see it in the photos....
The pendant is wrapped in 14k gold filled wire and suspended on 14k gold filled oval rolo chain with a figure 8 connector. Wire wrapped along the 22" chain are natural black tourmaline faceted rondelles. The closure is a spring ring clasp which attaches to another figure 8 connector.
The pendant stone measures 1 1/2" x 1".
The necklace measures approx. 22" long excluding the pendant. The pendant drop including the figure 8 connector measures 2 1/8th".
**Over millions of years, time has transformed the root and wood of the Indonesian palm tree into minerals, mostly chalcedony or quartz and created these beautiful stones.
This piece layers beautifully with both the black spinel and coffee moonstone faceted dewdrop pendants in gold filled. See photos 5 & 6. These may be purchased separately at the following links. Co-ordinating dewdrop earrings are also available.
