Bronze metal clay pendant necklace with fossilized palmroot teardrop cabochon. Sterling silver chain. (Pendant #2).
New for 2022 are bezel set cabochon gemstone pendants !
Each of these bronze clay pendants have been formed entirely by hand to create a bezel setting for the focal gemstone. No two stones or pendants are exactly alike.
I am in awe of this stone - fossilized Indonesian palmroot** sourced directly from the lapidary artist in Indonesia.
Swirls of beige, tan and gold reaching into an inky black sky....
This beautiful teardrop cabochon stone measures 12mm at widest part x 22mm long set on a teardrop shaped base measuring 21mm at widest part by 35mm long and is suspended on a sturdy sterling silver 20" rolo chain. A longer 22" chain may be substituted if desired at no extra cost.
(All pendant measurements approximate.)
The last photo shows the reverse side of the pendant.
**Over millions of years, time has transformed the root and wood of the Indonesian palm tree into minerals, mostly chalcedony or quartz and created these beautiful stones.
Note: There is only 1 pendant available in this shape/stone.
**If you prefer the longer 22" chain please select below when placing your order - there is no difference in price for the longer length.
