Subtle earthtone shades within a semi-translucent almost colourless stone....
This stunning triple strand necklace features 3mm pyrite gemstone rondelles, malaya garnet faceted 3mm rounds and shaded hessonite garnet (orange/brown)faceted rondelles.
The focal piece is a curvy triangle shaped plume moss agate pendant wrapped in 14k gold filled wire. The three strands of gemstones were carefully chosen to perfectly compliment the shades of the pendant.
The necklace is finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp & 1.5" extender chain.
The inside strand (hessonite garnet) of the necklace measures 18" not including the extender. The outer strand (pyrite) measures 19 1/2" not including the extender
The pendant measures approx 1 1/8" x 1 1/8th
This is a light weight piece which drapes beautifully around the neck !
**the 'moss' within the agate are inclusions of dendrites and iron which naturally form producing these amazing garden-like scenes. The "plume" are the cloudlike or feathery inclusions.
