Triple strand pyrite, hessonite & garnet gemstone necklace with plume moss agate pendant "SOLD"
Absolutely beautiful pendant stone from Indonesia - Plume Moss Agate **!
Deep earthtone shades of browns & greens with hints of red topped with white 'clouds' within a semi-translucent almost colourless stone....
This stunning triple strand necklace features 3mm pyrite gemstone rondelles, shaded hessonite garnet (orange/brown) rondelles and 4mm smooth red garnet rounds.
The focal piece is a pointed teardrop shaped plume moss agate pendant wrapped in 14k gold filled wire. The three strands of gemstones were carefully chosen to perfectly compliment the shades of the pendant.
The necklace is finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp & 2" extender chain.
The inside strand (red garnet) of the necklace measures 17" not including the extender. The outer strand (pyrite) measures 18 1/2" not including the extender
The pendant measures just approx 1 3/4" x 7/8"
This is a light weight piece !
**the 'moss' within the agate are inclusions of dendrites and iron which naturally form producing these amazing garden-like scenes. The "plume" are the cloudlike inclusions.
